I have a particular need.  I would like to download the text news edition of
The Washington Post (twp.com) to my desktop, then copy the file package to my
Nokia 9300 phone for offline viewing.

Even though it's a text-only site, I keep making a huge file.  I don't quite
get the options section.  For downloading readable text, what is the way to
generate the smallest file?
