i set httrack to download this url:

...with the following non-default options:

- number of connections: 5
- timeout: 120
- get html files first checked
- do not purge old files checked
- browser id: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; 
Windows 98)
- primary scan rule: store html files

after the initial download, the log said 12 files have 
been written. i redownloaded the site again 
immediately after using the "update existing download" 
option, but after completion the log still said 12 
files have been written. since all the files are 
identical and nothing has been updated, shouldn't 
those files not get downloaded at all?
