Hi,

I'm running into some trouble copying url's with diacritic symbols. I have an
url with the word Máxime . Hosted on linux the filename is correct, however
the link to this file isn't. 

If I look in the index.html that links to the URL with diacritics, I can see
that with --keep-link option 0 and 2 the URL characters are not correct. With
--keep-link option 1, 3 and 4 the characters are correct but the link lacks
the suffix 'html.html' as it's saved on disk. I think I need the best of both
those worlds.

Any help is appreciated.
