hi, just want to point out that the san jose mercury 
news print edition serves silicon valley. they have a 
dedicated section called "personal computing" every 
thursday, and this was where the article was 
originally printed. i believe most national newspapers 
like the wall st. journal have sections devoted to 
technology, but most of them seem to be offline. the 
good ones online you usually have to pay for. i just 
go to the library where everything is tax paid :).
