Platform: win2k

for some reason, httptrack is not copying the images 
linked on the page. 

link is in the form of:
<http://www.website.com/letstest/jointest.nsf/99df81806f>
2223a4c8256b6200486371/378CB1B1D0FF2281C8256BA1004ECAB0
/$file/bigfilenamething.jpg

local file path is:
<file:///httptrack/project/www.website.com/letstest/join>
test.nsf/99df81806f2223a4c8256b6200486371/378CB1B1D0FF2
281C8256BA1004ECAB0/file/bigfilenamething.jpg


but directory up to 
<file:///httptrack/project/www.website.com/letstest/join>
test.nsf/99df81806f2223a4c8256b6200486371/ is there 
but beyond are not 
created /378CB1B1D0FF2281C8256BA1004ECAB0/file/bigfilen
amething.jpg


images between 30K - 500K..

any idea why?  tried increasing timeout and updating 
site.
