You can't have proble may be due to your system is not in 
Chinese.

Each %a4 (3 characters) represent one Chinese Character.

If we have 2 chinese character, it will be 6 character 
(e.g. %a4%e8)

If the file is two Chinese Character, we can see 2 
characters file in file folder. Anyway, the link in web 
page shows 6 characters (%a4%e8). It can't find the 2 
characters folder.

You can do it. It may be due to the file saved in your 
folder is 6 character, a non-chinese character file name.

Last but not the least, you are very very good helper and 
willing to provide support. Great !
