I'm not sure how helpful this will be to you, but if you have the ability to
run a web server (eg. IIS), you could change you hosts file to point
globalmuonline.com to the IP address of your server, copy the mirror there,
and then re-mirror it with the correct settings to localize the links.

Tricking HTT into thinking it is downloading from the original server is the
only way that I can think of re-referencing the internal links.  Depending on
the number of pages you're talking about, you could otherwise have a major
headache on your hands.  If it's only a handful then search and replace with a
text editor is your best bet and the simplest way...
