1.5MB/minute is the normal default speed (25KB/s)

It might be considered slow by many people, but it prevent any server-side
overload (remember that a complete crawl is much more bandwidth-consumming
than a regular site visit)

You may want to increase this default speed, but please ensure that the scope
of the mirror is small enough not to cause any bandwidth hog to the remote
side.
