Subject: Using HTTrack to back-up my blog?

Is it possible to use HTTrack to back-up my own blog hosted by wordpress.com or
blogspot.com? Because blogs use a different programming language than regular
sites. A friend of mine told me that HTTrack can back-up blogs but that it
would only back-up my own content and not the Wordpress-owned content. I am
not sure what that means. I am not interested anyway in copying someone else's
blog, I would just like to make a back-up of my own blog once every X weeks or
months. Copy of my own blog would include ALL blog entries I made and the
static pages and the links in the blogroll. Obviously there is no need to
back-up content from external sites to which a link exists in my blog. I would
just like to back-up my blog on my hard drive in the same format as when
visited online in Internet Explorer.
