monopolizing MY bandwidth (but

I believe it defaults to 4. Increasing connections up to 10 can decrease the
apparent turnaround time (request a file - download starts.) It won't have
much affect on bandwidth in general.
connections, connections/second can be modified while the mirror is in
progress.

is reached the program stops. Increasing it increases memory useage somewhat.
