Yes, however these online lectures are two video streams that are in sync.  The
video of the lecturer is continuous.  The video of the whiteboard starts and
stops.  When I download both streams I'm missing the script that knows when to
start/stop the video of the whiteboard.  So, I can watch the lecture, but
without the whiteboard it's just not the same.

Do you think it is possible to automate mirroring SWF's?
I'm not trying to rip off that website.  I'm going to pay for a year.  However
since the class is Organic Chemistry, I need all the help I can get.  The
colleges around here don't present this material very well.
