How should we know?You don't state what you don't get from what page, or what
settings you used (log file line 2 or doit.log) or what the log file says
about those files.

Most of the links are javascript. FAQ: JS no full support. did you use the
options -> links -> attempt to detect all links
did you use the near flag (get non-html files related) to get all the
javascript
