So, your designer deleted a page and is asking YOU to pay HIM to re-build
it?!?
Designers should take 100% for backing things up before doing any work. Sure
the client should do the say, but the designer is the professional
responsible.

Fire this guy now!


As for HTTrack, did you already run it or not?
Is the file there, or not?
Is this a pure HTML/JavaScript page, or was this some sort of server-generated
(JSP/PHP/CGI/etc) page?

Unless this was a static page, it's likely not retrievable.
