The upload process can' be done using HTTP (yes, there's 
the PUT request, but no serious server uses it nowdays) and 
therefore it has to be done using FTP. As httrack isn't the 
best tool for ftp (and is only able to download, NOT 
upload), I suggest you use tools like lftp (unix) or 
cuteftp (windows) to do the upload process.
