This can occur when the remote server does not give any 
valid content-length. In this case, at the end of the 
download, the server just break the connection, and the 
client "know" that the download is complete. The problem is 
that this does not allow to "detect" a broken connection 
due to error/network problems.

Can you send me (email) the broken file URL(s)? I will 
check that, but I think the content-length thing is the 
reason.
