Should never occur - is this happening on all sites? Or 
only on certain ones?

The 'no external option' just renamed linkex considered 
as 'external' - it does NOT have any effect on which links 
are being downloaded. For that, use filters (for example, 
wipe default ones, like +*.gif)

Again, the closing thing is really weird, and may be caused 
by internal engine problems - if you have a reproductible 
error, please send me the URL!
