HTT is designed to copy large sections from a site (or the whole site)
Multiple references to the same files (i.e a css or js or background image)
will only be download once. Also as it spiders the site it find urls to the
other pages.

Each browser save As, is one page plus all related files. You must manually
find each page and save. Fine if you're only interested in a few pages, not if
you want to save a 150 page forum thread for instance.

Browser Save As: if you're using firefox, get Maff extention, saves the page
as one compact file.
