There is no way to do what I think it is you want to do.  But if what you are
trying to do is as simple as your example, you can use a text editor on the
file and insert the first part of the url in front of the id codes to create a
list of url's in the file.  Then save it and load the file in the "URL List
(.txt)" field of the action page.
