Always post the command line used (log file line two) with the actual url.
There are many different reasons - site dependent.

Since the pdfs are not down from the page, and the default is to go down, you
get nothing. Either set travel mode up&down or specifically allow +*.pdf

don't forget to filter out the log-out url.
