The site seem to filter offline browsers - maybe due to 
bandwidth abuse ; the first thing to do would be to setup 
reasonnable bandwidth parameters when mirroring (such as 2 
simultaneous connection, and a limit of 10KB/s at most)
Then, change the brower-ID (Options/Browser ID/Browser 
Identity) to either Netscape or IE, depending on what 
browser you'll use to see the site. BUT do not change the 
browser ID unless you setup bandwidth limit!

Then, try to limit the scope of the mirror - the site seem 
to use many javascript, redirect and frame jump, which is 
really a total mess

Example for Turrican II (ah, it reminds me the Atari

And then, use filters to accept each page (look at each 
links to the images), such as:
-* +www.kultpower.de/foo/* +*.gif +*.jpg +*.png

But again, take care: pages generate many links and 
sublinks, with a lots of parameters (even the referer...), 
and it might be tricky to download..
