(Correct me if I'm wrong)
It seems that you can change httrack's command line parameters in the first
line of hts-cache/doit.log file (this line contains all the arguments except
for the httrack binary path itself), then re-run httrack from the parent
directory of hts-cache. (It will ask you if you want to continue the current
download.)
