Hi.  I'm trying to download the entirety of an interactive story from
writing.com for offline reading.  For example,
<http://www.writing.com/main/interact/item_id/825659-Would-you> is a link to a
story.  I'm trying to set it up so all of the chapters of the story are
downloaded.  I run into the issue, though, that whenever I click a link to a
different chapter or the outline, it goes to a media.fastclick.net ad page. 
My current strategy is to set the limit 3 deep(from the title page link 1 to
the first chapter, link 2 to the outline, and link 3 to every chapter in the
outline).  I set rules 
-*[name].media.fastclick.net/*
+*www.writing.com/view/**
It appears the whole story will not download, nor can I get past the first
chapter by link due to media.fastclick.net.  What am I doing wrong?
