I use windows version, no command line.

I need to mirror a part of a site 
<http://www.annuaire-mairie.fr/>
the site have 50K+ pages on root but I need only about 100 pages all linked
from index page.
I need the pages containing departement in the name.

Said otherwise, I just need:
<http://www.annuaire-mairie.fr/index.html>
<http://www.annuaire-mairie.fr/departement*.html>

I can't figure out how to set the filtering rules
