A power outtage stopped my mirror and I had to wait for bad weather to clear.

If I understand correctly, the latest update to Httrack "should not delete
anymore previously downloaded content" when you continue an interrupted
mirror.

I left previously selected options for this project and clicked "continue
interrupted download".

Voila! The folder size is not reduced or files seemingly deleted. Httrack does
show files being written, files being updated and no errors. 

Question:  Will the new Httrack version skip incompleted file downloads from
the time of the power outtage or will it go back and finish any interrupted
files too?
