I had the same problem,
i had 3.45.4 and i had been getting allot of .delayed files i've tried
re-downloading but that did nothing.
but now i have the new 3.46-BETA2 and now i downloaded the same site and there
was no .delayed files to be seen so i think they hopefully worked out the bugs
for the next release.
if the .delayed files are annoying you then get the 3.46-BETA2
