I have read all of the threads about how to install this on a Mac using the
"terminal". I've tried everything. I can't get it to install.

I have the XCode program installed, which someone said you needed to install
it on a Mac.

Can someone type in EXACTLY what I need to put in the terminal so that I can
just copy and paste it and get it to install?
Seriously, I'm an idiot when it comes to this stuff and I'm not afraid to
admit it. I need major help. Thanks in advance.
