Subject: tmp files are removed not kept upon completion

UPDATE:
I have upgraded to HTTrack 3.46.1 and have added the -p3 option to save all
files. Some of the .jpg.tmp files are still deleted when HTTrack finishes.
As near as I can tell it is the JPGs in the CSS file that are removed.
