httrack usually loads only at about 25 KB/sec., even if I set the download
speed to 9999 KB/sec.

This limit seams to be present independend how fast the internet connection
and how fast the server is. There are a very few cases where I have a higher
download rate. I think the download rate is higher when I download big files.
But I am not sure about that.
