While the program does not allow URL Substitutes, is there some option, or can
be considered for a later release, to force and "substitute" the starting URL
domain.

Seems:

-K
d   stay on the same principal domain
l   stay on the same location (.com, etc.)

do not allow exactly what I would need/want.


I.e. many domains today and blogs start with:

www.name.com

but can be converted automatically by server reply, and frequently there are
numerous links inside the web pages, to:

www.name.com.fr
www.name.com.ar
www.name.com.mx

and so on, while all pages will exists and download over any of these domains,
I get all these duplicate pages under all domains.

I would want any URL request for www.name.com(extra)/ to be forced to
www.name.com/
