1) Always post the command line used (or log file line two) so we know what
the site is, what your settings are, etc.
2) Always post the URLs you're not getting and from what URL.
3) Always post anything USEFUL from the log file.
4) If you want everything use the near flag (get non-html files related)
5) Your proxy settings must match your browser's. If your browser doesn't use
any, neither does HTT.
6) Typing Kodingen.com into the browser redirects to <https://kodingen.com/>
Make sure you're using the S (See #1)
7) Some of the menu items contain only onClick, a type of form, and HTT
doesn't click on forms.
8) HTT can not log in to a httpS site. If you need to log in you'll have to
