I am trying to do a link check on our local intranet server.

It is running https, and we access it through a proxy.

when I attempt the mirror I get this error:

10:28:22 Error:  "error:00000001:lib(0):func(0):reason(1)" 
(-5) after 2 retries at link <https://commweb.hill.af.mil/> 
(from primary/primary)

any ideas?  (I have tried this on multiple servers within 
our network)
