I have been blocked by a website with the advice to send only one request every
three seconds. This advice is repeated in a large number of HTML files copied
to my computer. I am new to HTTrack which is bewildering - is there an option
to set it to do what they ask? I am trying to download PDF file from the site,
expecting something like 300 files.
