I am trying portable windows version of x64 3.46.1

Some options are not kept, it is really exhausting to choose options again and
again and again. Needless to say, I press the buttom "save", for sure !

For instance, within tabs: spider, structure and audit, some combo boxes have
no memory at all.

Also, it cost nothing to say in about menu the complete version number:
3.46-1, not just 3.46
