Yes - but could not yet reprodce the bug:

httrack -%L "D:\Program Files\cygwin\home\ROCHE\pol.txt"

Ahah - this may be the reason.. but the path seems okay 
(no "long path" names) -- I really don't see why this isn't 
working -- both engines (commandline and GUI) are 
identical ; the GUI even passes parameters through a 
hts_main() function identical to the "dos" one!
