I think you may be confused between domain-names and valid-urls.
video.ladies.de and bilder1.ladies.de are domain names that point to a certain
ip-address. But they are not valid urls that point to a file. I can confirm
what WHRoeder says; if you put video.ladies.de or bilder1.ladies.de into a
browser, you get a 404 error.

Indeed, a brief google search failed to locate any urls on either the
video.ladies.de and bilder1.ladies.de domains. 

Basically, you need to find a valid url, one that successfully loads a webpage
in a browser, before using httrack. Coz if a browser can't load it, then
httrack won't be able to either.
