No difference at all ; the 64-bit version is just a 64-bit build (should be a
bit faster though)

Humm, I'll check that :) The venerable Windows GUI has not been cleaned up for
a while, so I can not exactly remember, but this seems to be some kind of
inconsistency in the i18n strings.

No unfortunately :) The forum code is a bit old, and I should probably switch
to a more modern one - but it will require time :p
