On some sites, after running for a while, I start seeing the "file to big"
message in the log. What file? and what can I do about it? I thought maybe it
had something to with the "limits" options but even with those set to billions
there's no change. Oh, when it happens I get empty .jpg files.

What am I missing? Thanks.
