Subject: leaving a site "on hold" while downloading others?

Hi. I'll explain my case.

There are a few interrelated sites that I want to fully copy (the very author
encourages this) which have quite a few links between them, as they belong to
the same webmaster.
One of the sites is currently down. I could wait for it to go back online and
then run the copying, but there's the possibility of the others going down too
due to some bullshit DMCA bullying.

What I'd like to do is tell (Win)HTTrack to acknowledge that the project
includes that site, so that it will put on hold the links pointing to it
instead of downloading the "account suspended" page for all the links, in
order to complete the job once the site is back online (if ever).

How can I do this? Will removing the site from the job and adding it to a
second run work?
