It means add it in a new line in the white box.

To have more help you should provide the full command line that httrack used,
that can be found in the hts-log.txt file that httrack created in the folder
you selected for the project, at the beginning of the file between
parentheses.

You should read more of the documentation in order to use the program,
anyway.
