if the system behind the website is new (no html but php now), it'd make sense
not to update the site but to make a new mirror. httrack makes static files
out of dynamic webpages (php -> html), this works out of the box.

apart from that, do the usual stuff when posting in a forum: give people more
information. so which site, which httrack version, which options and hat does
the log file say
