Not knowing what you did years ago to mirror the forum the only thing that I as
an outsider can ask is are there actual forum threads, not just index pages,
that are on your harddrive after having extracted your zip file?
If there are actual forum threads on your harddrive, you might consider
copying the filename of one of the threads, the first page of a thread that
should be linked from an index page, and use your operating systems search
feature to search for that filename within the text/body of the other saved
files in the saved forum's directory, and see if one of the mirrored index
pages comes up in the search results.

Use your operating system's search feature or whatever else you are
comfortable with.


If that forum thread's filename does show up in one of the mirrored index
pages, as I would think it should, you can do further investigation on what
the problem is.
