If httrack is used on a site which uses protocol relative URLs to reference an
external site, e.g. a script tag with
src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.0/jquery.min.js", then these
URLs are converted to http.

This means that if the site mirror is hosted on an https URL then most
browsers will refuse to load the JavaScript leaving the mirror broken.

Is there a way to get httrack to leave them as protocol relative?
