Thanks for developing this software, its really useful.
However some of the links aren't copying correctly.

For example, the main website has a link:

src='/content/themes/kaboodle/includes/js/superfish.js?ver=3.9.1'

If I include -n the link becomes

src='/content/themes/kaboodle/i%25252525252501?ver=3.9.1'

using 3.48-13 compiled from unix src.
Downloaded 3.46 and noticed that 3.46 does not have this problem.

Any idea why?
