Can't reproduce the problem - all links seems to work using 
3.20-2:

HTTrack mirror complete in 3 minutes 7 seconds : 688 links 
scanned, 687 files written (7186087 bytes overall) [7308401 
bytes received at 39082 bytes/sec]
(No errors, 1 warnings, 1 messages)

When I click on a link on the left, links on the right 
pages seems okay.
