Subject: HTTPS protocal is not working on ver. 3.20-2

I tried to access securied site with authantication. It
shows on the log [Error: "Unable to get server's
address" (-5) after 2 retries at link
primary/x:y@https://securiedwebsite/logs (from
primary/primary)]. Does anybody have any ideas?
