However, 2 things:
1. I tried it...did not work..where do you insert the -O 
(is it the letter 'O'?) command? Is it in the box for 
entering the URLs?
Here is what I am trying to do:

2. Pardon my ignorance, but how does this thing work:  "you 
can also do the mirror on a PC, and opnly 
copy "interesting" folders (www.foo.com) "
