index.html is opened in editor, cannot access site

Subject: index.html is opened in editor, cannot access site

I'm using android, samsung tab a.

I have downloaded (copied) a site. When I press "Browse Sites" the index.html
file is opened in an editor and I see all the html code. I am stuck here. 

What shall I do? Is there some settings for how the .html files shall be
opended (like file assosiations in Windows)?
