| Apologies if this is already asked and answered, but not sure how to
appropriately phrase my question. I am archiving my school district website as
we are moving to a new platform. Many pages within the site have graphic
components that are loaded with a url like this:
/mytp/webpages_designs/diversity/flash/Diversity_TopLeft.swf?myRand=5393
Where the myRand value changes on different source pages. Although the
resultant image is the same, I'm ending up with thousands of duplicate files.
I understand why that's happening, but is there a way to create a scan rule
(or other filter method) to just ignore the myRand=<whatever> part so that I
just end up with the single swf file and not thousands of identical files? | |
