HERE'S WHAT WORKED FOR ME
 1. Start HTTrack
 2. Click "Next" button
 3. Create new project, or select existing one from the Project name
dropdown.
 4. Notice or change your base path.
 5. Click the "Next" button
 6. Verify Action and URL or enter them, depending if this is a new project or
existing one.

NOW, you're where to fix the issue.

 7. Click the "Set options" button.
 8. Click the Browser ID tab.
 9  Select one of the antique browser options, and DELETE any reference to
HTTrack.
10. Click the "Next" button.
11. Click the "Finish" button.
