I'm downloading a site but in the folder I find two copy of ALL the files: eg
1) name.pdf 2)name.html

At first time I thought the html ones were temporary version, but they're not!
So my HD is full of copies I have to manually delete

The html version doesn't work (all open ascii pages) BUT if I rename them with
the correct extension they work as intended

PS: this is not the 1st time I use HTTrack, but I'd never had this issue
